Auto Magazine to pay $8 per meter in Givatayim

Auto Magazine, publisher of the automotive magazine Auto, has signed a contract to rent a 330 sq.m. office from the Moldawsky diamond dealers family at 1 Korazin St., Givatayim. Auto Magazine will pay $8 per meter per month, index-linked in a four-year lease with option for a two-year renewal.
Auto Magazine is owned by the Dani Frumchenko family. The building in which the space was rented has 11,000 sq.m., with 6 floors of offices totaling 1,320 sq.m., as well as a commercial floor which is rented to Co-Op.
