Software Company to pay $8.5 per meter in Givatayim

Unitec Software has signed a contract to rent a 330 sq.m. office from Moldawsky Brothers at Beit Moldawsky, 1 Korazin St., Givatayim. The company will pay $8.5 per meter per month, index-linked in a two-year lease with option for renewal. Moldawsky is a family of diamond dealers. The building has approximately 11,000 sq.m. of office and commercial space.
