Givatayim: Local Committee OKs Construction of 20-Storey Office Block

The Givatayim Local Committee approved the Moldawsky project, the first project as part of the general Urban Building Plan to upgrade the industrial zone in Givatayim. A 20-storey building will be established on a 5.5-dunam site at the corner of Aluf Sadeh Rd. and Kurazin St. An existing adjacent building with 7 stories will also be renovated.

The new building is intended for offices, and has an area of 34,000 square meters. The ground floor will be used for commercial spaces with an area of 4,000 square meters. In addition, six floors of underground parking will be constructed for approximately 500 vehicles. The lobby will connect both buildings, which will have the appearance of a single structure. The new building will also include banqueting halls, an auditorium and a restaurant. The project is being planned by Yashar Architects.
